For new applicants

To apply for the Ministry of Education Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS), please follow the steps below:

• Download and complete the application form. (Click HERE for application form)

If you are unable to download and print the form, please contact the school @ 67566760 to make arrangement to collect the form.

• Call the school to make an appointment to submit the application form together with the relevant documents.

For students with successful FAS application

Please bring along the FAS approval letter and your EZ-Link card during your allocated time slot (refer to Schedule for Uniform and Book Collection/Purchase) for processing at the General Office.

Note:

For students with approved or pending FAS application, you will not need to make online orders for both uniform and books. Proceed to the General Office to submit your FAS approval letter before collection of the uniform and books. Please follow the schedule for collection as shown in the “Schedule for Uniform and Book Collection/Purchase”.
