Medical Appeal Exercise (MAE)

The MAE only applies to students who wish to request for a school transfer due to serious medical conditions or severe physical impairments. All appeals must be accompanied by relevant supporting documents such as medical reports and letters from doctors.

For students who wish to participate in the MAE, parents will need to submit their appeals at our school from 8:30 am to 12:00pm on 19 Dec 2024.

Alternatively, you could contact our school’s General Office at 67566760 to request for the application form and submit your application through email. Please note that your completed application must reach the school by 12.00 pm on 19 Dec 2024.

Note:

• Each student is only allowed to submit one application.

• School transfer under the MAE is subject to availability of vacancies. Successful applicants will not be allowed to reject the reposted school and request to be admitted back to their original posted school.
