Sembawang Secondary School will be accepting DSA applications for the talent area of Leadership.

Who are we looking for?
Sembawang Secondary School provides a structured leadership development programme that offers opportunities for all students to develop their leadership at 3 different levels which are ‘Leading Self, Leading Peers and Leading Leaders”. Their leadership journey in Sembawang includes opportunities for them to Learn, Lead and Serve both in school and the community.
Students who demonstrate natural leadership disposition and passion for serving the school and community and committed to enhance personal leadership and influence their peers positively will find Sembawang Secondary School a good choice.
Developmental Opportunities

Students will be offered opportunities to take up various leadership roles in class, school and CCA such as Student Councilor, CCA Leader, Peer Support Leader and Sports Leaders.

Students will be involved in school and community VIA projects.

They will lead in planning and supporting various key school events and programs that will develop their personal leadership and commitment to serving the school.

Students will be involved in key Leadership development programs and trainings such as the Leadership Challenge Workshop, Student Leaders Induction Programme, Northwest CDC Youth Assembly Leaders Programme.

Students will embark the pursuit of National Youth Achievement Award (NYAA) Bronze and Silver.
